The FS108D Desktop Switch features auto-negotiation. RJ-45 ports can transfer large files and are compatible with any 10/100Mbps Ethernet device. The product’s non-blocking switching architecture forwards and filters packets at full wire speed for maximum throughput. IEEE 802.3x flow control for Full Duplex mode and backpressure for Half Duplex mode provides increased bandwidth to alleviate network congestion, allowing the switch to operate reliably.
