E-4GU-1: ENVIROMUX USB 4G modem

supporting 1/2/4/5/7/28 4G LTE bands; sends SMS text messages to a pager or cell phone when a sensor goes out of range of a configurable threshold

E-4GU-1 modem is used to enable SMS alert messages to be sent from an ENVIROMUX enterprise environment monitoring system to any user’s cell phone or device capable of receiving SMS messages.

Before connecting the modem to the ENVIROMUX monitoring system, a GSM SIM card configured for SMS messaging must be installed to the modem following instructions from the modem manufacturer.

• SIM card supporting SMS messaging required (not included)
• Supports fourth generation (4G) digital cellular standards
• USB 2.0 stick with male USB Type-A connector
• Two CRC-9 ports for external antennas (sold separately, part # E-ANT2-4GU – see listing below)
• Use E-ANT2-4GU to increase the signal strength of the 4G network
• When connected to the ENVIROMUX system, protrudes 2.88 inches from the edge of the case
• Compatible with E-2D/5D/16D operating firmware revision 2.60 or newer
• Regulatory approvals: CE, RoHS, FCC
• Will ship with either a white or black case
